Team GGO also has something called Career Exploration Programme, and what I value most from it is that the lessons go beyond work. It taught me how to better understand people, communicate with intention, and continue growing both personally and professionally. Seeing others progress while sharpening myself at the same time has become one of the most meaningful parts of the journey.

The growth I experienced at Team GGO not only shaped my career, it gave me the opportunity to help shape the next generation of consultants.
I first started my journey with Team GGO as a Business Development Executive. The supportive team culture gave me the opportunity to grow not only in my career, but also in my personal life.
As I gained more exposure to the industry, I became interested in pursuing a career as a financial consultant and joined the Career Exploration Programme (CEP). Through CEP, I came to realise that this profession is about much more than insurance, investments, or selling products - which, honestly, was what I initially thought the industry was mainly about. Instead, it is about guiding people through important life decisions and making a meaningful difference in their lives.
Today, I have the privilege of serving as one of the trainers for our foundational programme for new consultants. It is incredibly fulfilling to pay forward what I have learned by helping others see beyond the common misconceptions surrounding the industry and understand the real value and impact we can create in people's lives.
